JaiCaDa Enterprises LLC was established in 2004 by its owner, Margaret Harriott as a catering business-Ms. Margaret's Soul Food. After completing her Business Management/Culinary Arts degree in 2008, Margaret went full time catering with dreams of owning a restaurant which was opened in August 2018. The owner Margaret Harriott is a native of Conway, SC and a service disabled veteran of the US Army. The business name was established by by the help of a friend by using the names of her beloved children Jair, Cara and JaDa to form JaiCaDa Enterprises LLC. In early 2020, Ms. Harriott completed certifications to do business with the US government through contracts. With almost 20 years in the business of hospitality, food service and a full restaurant we are sure that we can fulfill your requests in any and every capacity when it comes to food service whether it is large or small.
